How it works
Four steps to extract and enhance your documents
- 1
Upload
Drag and drop your image, or browse for a JPEG, PNG or WebP file. For multi-page PDFs, export pages as images first.
- 2
Extract
Run extraction. The model reads printed text, handwriting, tables and multi-language content from the page.
- 3
Enhance
Use document chat to summarise, translate, or ask questions about the extracted content.
- 4
Download
Copy the result or download plain text. Keep the original file as your master copy.
Built for everyone
Real-world use cases
Students
Digitize lecture notes, textbooks, and study materials. Convert handwritten notes to searchable text for easier review.
Professionals
Process contracts, reports, and business documents. Extract data from receipts and invoices for expense tracking.
Businesses
Automate document processing workflows. Extract data from forms, applications, and customer documents at scale.
Limitations
- Cursive handwriting is substantially less accurate than print, typically in the 70–85% range.
- Table structure with merged cells is often reconstructed incorrectly even when the words are right.
- Multi-column pages can be read in the wrong order; check paragraph continuity.
- Low-resolution, blurred or heavily shadowed images cannot be recovered by processing.
- Text overlapped by stamps, signatures or watermarks is frequently lost.
Privacy and data handling
Uploaded files are processed to produce your result and are not retained as a permanent archive or used to train models. Do not upload identity documents, medical records or other people's personal data unless you have a clear basis for doing so.
Full details are in the privacy policy.
