Welcome to AURIX. By accessing or using our website and our suite of 8 core AI tools (OCRGPT, WriteGPT, CodeGPT, TextTools, BusinessKit, PDFGPT, PromptHub, and ResumeGPT), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AURIX makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on this platform. You expressly agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk.

We do not warrant that the results generated by our AI tools will be 100% accurate, reliable, or error-free. It is your responsibility to verify any code, documents, or content generated before deploying or publishing them.

2. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AURIX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
• Any content obtained from the service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

• Maintain the security of any generated output that contains sensitive personal information.
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
