We do not operate user accounts for browsing, and we do not build profiles of visitors ourselves. (A free sign-in is only required for the OCR tool and document chat, so processing stays fair and private.)

We use Google AdSense to serve ads on the site. AdSense is a third-party service provided by Google, and the ad scripts that run on these pages are loaded from Google’s servers, not ours.

As a result of ad serving on our site, third parties, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser and may use web beacons to collect information. They may also collect your IP address (from which a general geographic location can be derived) to serve geo-targeted advertising and to measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.

Browser Controls: You can also configure your browser to block or delete third-party cookies. Blocking advertising cookies will not stop ads from appearing — they will simply be non-personalised — and the site’s tools and guides will continue to work normally.

We do not run our own analytics on this site. There is no Google Analytics property, no first-party tracking cookies, and no server-side log analysis that builds a profile of your activity. The information we collect directly is limited to what you submit to us, and what is collected by our advertising partner for ad serving:

• Contact form submissions: Your name, email address, subject, and message, stored so that we can read and reply to your enquiry. We keep these no longer than needed for that purpose.
• Files and text submitted to the tools: Processed to produce the result you asked for. They are not retained as a permanent archive, are not used to train models, and are not sold or shared with advertisers.
• Account credentials (OCR only): The email and password you use to sign in for OCR and document chat, stored only to authenticate you for those features.
• Advertising data collected by Google AdSense: As described above, Google and its partners may place cookies, use web beacons, and collect IP addresses (and the general location derived from them) to serve and measure ads. This is collected by Google as the ad provider, not by AURIX.
